The Nomads are slave traders they work with the Locos trading to them slaves. In order to keep visitors sweet the nomads needs to seem friendly and highly hospitalble until the moment they need to pounce and capture their visitors and turn them into slaves for the Locos.

 

The nomads have a camp located near the beach as well as travel roads and areas surrounding the city. The only identifyable mark that the nomads wear is a small blue insigna on the left side of their face just beside the eye. The nomads made their appearance back in series 1 when they captured Dal days after Trudy made an unknowningly escape back to the mall.
