The Locos lived in the heart of the city and an abandoned disused railway yard is their hangout. They own a police car which they proudly parade around in, and chasing vulnerable strays. Whenever the locos were patrolling the streets they also take up secret supplies of gasoline, food, and a coach.
They wear red flame like scrawl of face paint resembling graffiti and zoot's queen wears a flame face paint on her forehead.
Demon dogs have been in constant battle wars with the Locos fighting them to see whose the most powerful. They dont fear the Locos so they always take advantage of them by roaming the streets in large numbers and often hanging out in the Loco's turf.
The Demon dogs resided in a warehouse full of food and baby supplies, where Bray often goes to get things for Trudy's baby risking getting captured by Demon dogs.
